Alesong Brewing & Blending is an intentionally small, artisan brewery, winery, and cidery with a focus on oak-aging, located in the Southern Willamette Valley near Eugene, Oregon. It offers award-winning beverages, a from-scratch kitchen menu, and panoramic patio views, sourcing high-quality ingredients from as close to it as possible. Its tasting room and kitchen are at 80848 Territorial Hwy, Eugene, Oregon, open Thursday through Sunday. 100% of its products spend time in oak, and it produces wild and sour beers as well as spirits-barrel-aged beers.

Alesong Brewing & Blending is a small artisan brewery, winery, and cidery based in the heart of Southern Willamette Valley wine country. It describes its approach as patient and artistic, with 100% of its products matured in barrels and then consciously blended. Its wild and sour beers are fermented and matured primarily in neutral French oak former wine barrels with mixed cultures of saccharomyces, brettanomyces and lactobacillus, and its extensive spirits barrel program provides spirits-barrel-aged beers. The brewery was named 2024 Great American Beer Festival Brewery of the Year.

  Fermented and matured primarily in neutral French oak former wine barrels with mixed cultures of saccharomyces, brettanomyces and lactobacillus, ranging from yeast driven saisons and farmhouse ales to sour beers cofermented with whole organic fruits like blueberries, peaches, nectarines and even wine grapes.
