Alam Maritim Resources Berhad (AMRB) is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries are mainly involved in the provision of marine transportation support services, marine construction-related services, sub-sea engineering and offshore pipeline installation, the designing, manufacturing and operating of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) services, and ship repair and maintenance services to the upstream oil and gas industry. AMRB has been listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 20 July 2006. Its subsidiary Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 15 July 1996. The group's divisions include Offshore Marine, Offshore Construction, Subsea Engineering & Underwater Services, Integrated Logistic & Ancillary Services, and Offshore Pipelay & Installation.

Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd (AMSB) was incorporated on 15 July 1996 as part of the company's aspiration in strengthening its presence in the global oil and gas industry. As part of a strategy to vertically integrate operations, the group ventured into the provision of offshore facilities construction and installation and underwater services, and developed an OIC division to provide transportation, installation and commissioning of pipelines, structure and subsea equipment services. International Gateway Services Sdn Bhd (IGS), formerly known as Alam Offshore Logistics & Services Sdn Bhd, was established on 21 December 2018 and provides support services to the Group's fleet, including transportation, ship forwarding and agency, ship chandelling, yard management and warehouse facilities administration in Kemaman and Labuan, and manages third party agents appointed by the Group throughout Malaysia.
