Its consumer brand İçim offers a wide range of products including milk, yogurt, ayran, kefir, fresh cheese, and ready-made puddings. Ak Gida is a 100% subsidiary of Lactalis, the world's largest dairy company.

Ak Gida was founded in 1996. It started with UHT milk, yogurt, white and kashar cheese production, and today offers over 300 product varieties. It operates 5 production facilities in Sakarya, Karaman, Lüleburgaz, Kahramanmaraş, and Tire. Its consumer brand İçim entered the milk and dairy products market in 1998. Ak Gida is a 100% subsidiary of Lactalis.
