AGC Seimi Chemical Co., Ltd. is a company in Chigasaki, Japan. It is a member of the AGC Group and is 100% owned by AGC Corporation. The company was founded on December 18, 1947. It produces a variety of products including chloromethylstyrene, fuel cell materials, surface modifiers, and fluorine-based products, used in industries such as next-generation communications, semiconductors, electronics, energy, and automobiles.

AGC Seimi Chemical was established on December 18, 1947, as Seimi Chemical Co., Ltd. in Harajuku, Tokyo, with full investment from Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., to domesticate the production of synthetic fragrance coumarin. In 1951, the factory was transferred to Shimomaruko, Tokyo. In 1960, the head office and factory were transferred to Chigasaki City. In 1984, it merged with Asny Co., Ltd., a related company of Asahi Glass, and changed its name to Seimi Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2007, the company name was changed to AGC Seimi Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2019, it absorbed and merged with related company Toyo Co., Ltd.
