In May 2016, through a company split, it transferred its housing loan business including Flat 35 to AEON Bank, Ltd. In April 2019, through an absorption-type split, the company's shares held by AEON Financial Service Co., Ltd. were succeeded to by AFS Corporation Co., Ltd., making the company a subsidiary of AFS Corporation Co., Ltd. In February 2026, through a share exchange, AEON Bank, Ltd. acquired all of the company's issued shares, making the company a wholly owned subsidiary of AEON Bank.
