Glenn Roggeman, CEO of AED Studios, started transforming the site located in Lint (between Antwerp and Brussels) about five years before the source page was written. The result is a large, unique studio complex that serves the needs of production companies for film and TV, which can also host ambitious corporate events. Top-billed TV shows such as The Voice, Belgium's Got Talent and Dancing with the Stars found their way to the complex. Phase one of the project was rebuilding the site to one of the most complete, modern and eco neutral sites in the world; phase two was communication; phase three was to let everybody visit the studios. On February 27, 2026, AED Studios announced the launch of The Orangerie, a new venue designed for corporate events.

One of Europe's largest and most versatile destinations for live events, TV productions, film shoots and large-scale rehearsals, described as the most ecological site in the entertainment industry.
