In 1997 it added "classic advertising" to its portfolio and founded the adm Werbeagentur, today active under the name subkutan. A Berlin site with 350 seats opened in 1999, followed by the founding of rentable in 2004, the opening of a third site in Rostock and the founding of adato in 2005, a fourth site in Anklam in 2007, and the takeover of freenet Customer Care GmbH (fCC) in Kiel in 2009. In 2009 the adm group first became part of the PREMIUMcommunications Group and then, as part of that group's brand realignment in 2011, passed into the avocis Gruppe. The company is a member of the international call-center network "Marketpoint" and of the Call Center Forum Deutschland e. V., and is a charity partner of Nummer gegen Kummer e. V.
