ADIT

Groupe ADIT is the European leader in strategic intelligence and international support. It is an integrated platform of strategic and operational support for companies and states, with over 1,000 clients worldwide and operations in more than 130 countries. It has over 2,000 employees and more than 1,000 experts and correspondents worldwide. The group is headed by Philippe Caduc and expects to reach a turnover of over €480 million in 2024 through its five operational divisions.

Groupe ADIT was founded over thirty years ago. In 2019, Parquest Capital fund succeeded Weinberg Capital Partners as the majority shareholder, with Bpifrance remaining a reference shareholder. In 2020, it integrated ESL & Network and Europavia. In 2021, it acquired the majority of Stratinfo. In 2022, Sagard entered the shareholder structure. In 2023, it acquired Mind Technologies and Rivington, and created ADIT North America. In 2024, it acquired a majority share of Défense Conseil International (DCI) and strengthened its Public Affairs division with Antidox.
