Overview

ADD content agency (Hebrew: סוכנות ADD), formerly known as LOOK Agency, is an Israeli talent and content agency based in Israel. It represents actors, presenters, writers, directors and content producers in Israel and internationally, and also operates as a content producer itself, inspired by the business model of the American agency William Morris Endeavor. The agency represents many well-known Israeli celebrities, including Gal Gadot, Rotem Sela, Assi Azar, Amos Tamam, Niv Sultan, Ilanit Levi, Agam Rudberg, Aviv Alush, Hanoch Daum, Tzvika Hadar, Ofira Asayag, Galit Gutman, Dana Ivgy, Adi Havshush, Yael Elkana, Gaya Bar Gorbich, Eliana Tidhar, Li Biran, Guy Hochman, Omer Nudelman, Angel Bonanni, Daniel Litman, Miri Bohadana, Moshe Roth, chef Yossi Shitrit, Amit Rahav, Morris Cohen, Bar Zomer, Daniel Gad, Anna Zak, Israel Atias, Rona-Lee Shimon, Sandy Bar, Omer Hazan, Yadin Gelman, Eden Fines, Sivan Klein, Alin Golan and Eliran Sheda. The agency is owned by the couple Yaron Lichtenstein (CEO) and Hadas Moses-Lichtenstein together with Yoni Dotan and Moshe Edri. It was founded in 2010 by Hadas Moses, Yaron Lichtenstein and Yoni Dotan, who had previously served as CEO of the "LOOK" agency of Yedioth Ahronoth, on the basis of which ADD was established. The agency was built according to the model of the American talent agency William Morris Endeavor, which provides a broad and comprehensive response to television, theater and cinema productions – from the development stage of the work to the final stage of marketing and selling content in Israel and abroad. In February 2012, it was reported that Hollywood producer Arnon Milchan established with the agency a "content incubator" designed to promote Israeli content in the United States. Under the agreement between the parties, Milchan's company New Regency Productions would invest in developing ideas that Israeli creators would propose to the agency. The agreement also stipulated that the agency would become Milchan's exclusive representative in Israel. The vast majority of the agency's productions come from the company HOT, in which Arnon Mozes, the father of Hadas Moses-Lichtenstein, was formerly a partner, but the agency also produces content for Yes. At the same time, the agency is also engaged in developing formats and distributing them abroad. Among the series produced by the agency are the quiz show "Who Will Drop the Master" broadcast on Channel 2 in 2012, the docu-reality series "Golstar," broadcast on HOT that same year, and the drama series "Ptzuyim BaRosh," starring Guy Amir and Hanan Savyon, who also serve as partners in the agency's content department. In August 2015, the company "United King," owned by Moshe and Leon Edri, acquired 25% of the agency's shares for 10 million shekels.
