Adam Foods

Adam Foods is a Spanish food company focused on packaged and everyday consumer foods. It emerged from part of the former Nutrexpa group’s food-business portfolio and operates brands associated with biscuits, breakfast foods, cocoa and chocolate products, canned foods, and snacks. Brands commonly associated with the company include Cuétara, Artiach, La Piara, and Phoskitos. Available information is not sufficient here to verify its founding year, headquarters city, ownership structure, or the precise scope of every brand, so those details are left unspecified.

Adam Foods is associated with the restructuring of the food businesses of the Spanish Nutrexpa group. Following that restructuring, a portion of Nutrexpa’s former food brands and operations was placed under Adam Foods, which continued to operate in packaged foods. Its portfolio covers biscuits, cocoa and chocolate products, canned foods, and snacks, and is associated with brands including Cuétara, Artiach, La Piara, and Phoskitos. Because sufficiently verifiable official historical material is not available here, this entry does not assert a specific restructuring year, transaction structure, ownership change, or transfer date for individual brands.
