Action TESA is the brand under which the Action Group manufactures particle board, MDF and a range of value-added products such as HDHMR, Boilo, Moist Master, HDF laminate wooden flooring, embossed HDF, UV-coated panels, acrylic high-gloss boards, Moistro and HDHMR doors. The Action Group was established in the early 1970s under the guidance of Shri N. K. Aggarwal, beginning with the Action Shoes footwear brand before diversifying into footwear, electronics, real estate, chemicals, flex manufacturing, coal mining and engineered wood panel products. Action TESA states it installed India's first and only 7th generation Contiroll machine from Siempelkamp GmbH & Co., Germany, and describes itself as the largest engineered wood panel products manufacturer in the country with an annual production capacity of 750,000 CBM. An upcoming plant at Ramabilli, Vizag, is intended to double manufacturing capacity and strengthen presence in South India.
