Acqua Tv

Acqua Tv (commonly referred to simply as Acqua) was an Italian thematic television network owned by Giglio Group. Its programming was built around the world of sailing and boating, and the channel was carried on Italy's digital terrestrial platform on channel 65. In its later period, sailing and nautical programming was drastically reduced and the schedule consisted mostly of teleshopping. From 1 July 2014, it carried the Yacht & Sail channel every evening from 20:00 to 07:00. In the early months of 2016, from 21:00 to 01:00, it broadcast the 65 Sport container produced by the IMPRESSIONTV editorial team. From Monday to Thursday, 13:00 to 14:00, it aired the live 65 Attualità container with the programme Detto da voi hosted by Caterina Collovati. From October, some productions from the Italian Fishing Italy channel arrived. The 65 Sport project ended at the end of December. Some programmes such as Detto da voi and Calcissimo remained on Acqua. From 12 February 2018 the channel was available throughout Italy in the TIMB 2 multiplex. On 21 March 2018 it was closed and replaced by ibox65. Acqua's on-air programmes included Calcissimo TV and Detto da voi. Presenters associated with the channel included Fulvio Collovati, Riccardo Este and Caterina Collovati. Related channels and services included Play.me and Yacht & Sail. The official website was acquatv.it, archived on 19 December 2018, and the channel also had a YouTube presence as 'Acquatv Giglio'. The 65 Sport website was 65sport.tv, archived on 8 June 2017.
