Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd. (51WORLD, stock code 6651.HK) was established in February 2015 and describes itself as China's first physical-AI core infrastructure company to list on the capital markets. With the vision of 'cloning 5.1 billion km² of Earth,' it aims to build a bridge between the digital and physical worlds. Headquartered in Beijing, it has R&D, engineering and innovation centers in Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen, a business network covering China and extending to 19 overseas countries and regions, and serves over a thousand large and medium-sized enterprise clients globally. Its three core products are the 51Aes digital twin platform, the 51Sim synthetic data and simulation platform, and the 51Earth digital earth platform, covering autonomous driving, embodied intelligence and aerospace exploration.

The company's predecessor, Dangjia Mobile, was founded in 2015 and began applying virtual reality technology in the real estate industry, launching 51Aes. In 2016 it extended VR applications to education and automotive innovation businesses. In 2017 it held the first Earth Clone Conference and launched the Earth Clone Plan, and introduced 51Sim to enter intelligent driving simulation. The second Earth Clone Conference was held in 2018, and R&D on its first 51Sim product, SimOne, was expanded. In 2019 the third Earth Clone Conference was held and the brand was renamed Wuyi Shijie (51WORLD), with SimOne 1.0 launched. In 2020 Dangjia Mobile was restructured into a joint-stock company and renamed Beijing 51WORLD Digital Twin Technology Co., Ltd.; the fourth Earth Clone Conference was held and the WDP platform launched. In 2021 it launched SimOne 2.0, described as China's first commercial intelligent driving cloud simulation product. In 2022 the fifth Earth Clone Conference was held in the metaverse, and the main grading and application standards of the 51Aes digital twin platform were upgraded; it participated in the Xiaolangdi digital twin project focused on flood management and engineering safety. In 2023 the sixth Earth Clone Conference was held and a digital twin information technology innovation ecosystem alliance was established; a data-driven closed-loop ecosystem was built with 51Sim; and it was recognized as a national-level 'little giant' specialized and sophisticated enterprise. In 2024 the seventh Earth Clone Conference was held and 51Earth.com was launched, fully open to users for free. In 2025 it successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the 'first physical AI stock'; the eighth Earth Clone Conference was held; and 51Sim's intelligent driving simulation business ranked first in market share. In 2026 it was included in Hong Kong Stock Connect (Shanghai and Shenzhen) targets; released the 51World Model physical intuition world model and 51Claw embodied agent foundation; unveiled the AperBase embodied base and held the 'Physical AI Grand Blueprint 2030' launch event; released AperData and AperOne and first proposed the 'low-altitude—space—deep space' aerospace strategy; and was included as a constituent of the Hang Seng Composite LargeCap & MidCap Index (HSLMI) and other indices.
