3CatInfo is the news brand of 3Cat, the commercial-facing identity of the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA), the public broadcasting corporation of Catalonia. Launched on 17 September 2025, it brings together the continuous news services of television and radio — the 3/24 channel and the Catalunya Informació station — under a single multiplatform brand, alongside the news output of TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio. Its main distribution channels are the web, the app, and the live news channels of TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio, all under the 3CatInfo brand. The offering extends to social networks, messaging channels, newsletters and podcasts. The editorial operation is articulated from a new central news studio for all slots and formats, including the different editions of the Telenotícies, Els matins and analysis programmes. The corporation has renewed its team of presenters and editors for the Telenotícies and 3/24, combining veteran profiles with digital-oriented additions. The newsroom structure is led by Alberto Calatrava González (television direction), Òscar Fernández Ferrer (radio direction) and Medir Plandolit Casals (digital direction). 3CatInfo applies the CCMA style book, which sets out the values and principles of action common to all platforms where content is produced and broadcast, and its editorial line is independent of any commercial conditioning.
