37degrees, Inc. is a Chicago life-science startup. It designs modular, IoT-native hardware and the AI-ready data layer that connects them. The company launched in January 2024 and has developed products like the CultureON 100 portable CO₂ incubator and the OMĒOS electronic lab notebook.

In October 2024, the company is awarded an SBIR grant by the National Science Foundation. In January 2025, the beta version of the FluidON 100 is installed at customer pilot sites. In May 2025, the first scientific publication is published in The New Frontiers of Artificial Organs Engineering.
