Zhuhai Huafa entity agrees to acquire a stake in D.Phone
D.Phone reported that its transferors, Dier Tong and D.Phone Technology, together with the Liu family, entered into a share purchase agreement with Zhuhai Huafa Entity Industry on January 29, 2021. The agreement provides for the conditional purchase of shares; after completion, the buyer would be required to make a conditional general cash offer for all outstanding domestic and H shares.
