    Shanghai Stock Exchange M&A review committee approves Puya Semiconductor's acquisition of remaining 49% stake in Zhuhai Nuoya Changtian

    Puya Semiconductor (普冉股份) said its plan to acquire the remaining 49% stake in controlled subsidiary Zhuhai Nuoya Changtian Storage Technology via share issuance, convertible bonds and cash for about RMB 247 million, together with supporting fundraising, was reviewed and passed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange M&A Restructuring Review Committee at its 19th review meeting of 2026. The transaction still requires registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented; upon completion SHM will become Puya's wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary.
