In 2003, the predecessor Zhangjiagang Huarui Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in the city science and innovation center with registered capital of 50万元. In August 2003, Zhangjiagang Furui Boiler Container Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established with registered capital of 800万元. In April 2004, the first phase of the new factory area built on 100亩 of land in Zhoujiaqiao Chenxin Road in the provincial development zone was completed and put into production; the first batch of heavy industry products—the Yangzi BASF project—was successfully delivered. In October 2005, the first gas cylinder was born at Furui. In December 2007, Furui Boiler absorbed and merged Huarui Technology, and registered capital increased to 2000万元.
