It originated from Defa Group Co., Ltd., established in 1986. Chongqing Jiafa Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. was established on September 3, 1999, with registered capital of 100 million yuan. It originated from Defa Group Co., Ltd., established in 1986. In 1999, Jiafa invested 87 million yuan to build the Century Avenue project, a first-class municipal road in Nan'an Chayuan New District, which was completed and opened to traffic in July 2001. In 2000, it acquired nearly 300 mu of land in the Nanping central area of Nan'an District, Chongqing, and developed Shanghai City, a large urban complex with total floor area of nearly 1.1 million square meters and total investment of about 5 billion yuan. In July 2009, the Shanghai City commercial block was included by the Chongqing municipal government as a key project 'Sunshine Project'. The company obtained ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in August 2009, and obtained the national first-class real estate development qualification on February 20, 2011.
