Kouzijiao

Kouzijiao is a baijiu spirits brand. Available evidence confirms only its identity as a baijiu brand; further details are not supported by the supplied snippets.

Kouzijiao is a baijiu brand associated with Huaibei, Anhui Province, a region with a long history of grain-based spirit production in eastern China. The brand name refers to the local 'kouzi' blending tradition, in which different base spirits are combined to produce a consistent, mellow house style. Over time the brand developed a regional following in Anhui and neighboring provinces. The modern commercial entity behind the brand is Anhui Kouzi Distillery Co., Ltd. (安徽口子酒业股份有限公司), which consolidated the brand's production and distribution and later listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under ticker 603589. Listing gave the company a public platform for capacity investment, brand promotion and nationwide channel expansion, helping Kouzijiao move from a primarily regional label toward broader national distribution. Kouzijiao's product architecture follows the common Chinese baijiu pattern: a core series at several price points, with higher-end expressions marketed for banquets, gifting and business occasions, and lower-priced bottles for everyday drinking. The brand competes in the strong-aroma category, one of the largest baijiu aroma types, alongside both national leaders and other regional distillers. Because the supplied evidence is limited to a brief identification as a baijiu spirits brand, this history deliberately omits unverified founding dates, founders and financial details. Those should be sourced from the company's official website and regulatory disclosures.
