Ganso

元祖食品 is a food company operating across Taiwan and mainland China. It was founded in 1981 in Wanhua, Taipei, by Zhang Xiuwan, a native of Pingtung, Taiwan, under the name "如意堂果業本當鋪". In 1985, 元祖實業股份有限公司 was established. In 1993, it entered mainland China by setting up 上海元祖食品中心 in Shanghai. On its official website, the brand presents itself as an "ambassador of gifts" (禮的代言者).
