近日，北京知识产权法院受理了两件因销售“AJ”球鞋但标注“乔丹”而引发的上诉案件。乔丹体育指出，酷买网和亚马逊在销售耐克公司旗下“AJ”球鞋的过程中标注了“乔丹”字样，侵害了其对该字样的专用权。一审败诉后，该公司选择继续上诉，目前该案正在进一步审理中。
