ID Bank CJSC

ID Bank CJSC is an Armenian universal commercial bank. It was founded on 1 August 1990 by enterprises in the light industry sector as a share-based commercial bank, received its banking license on 10 January 1991, and was registered and began operating as Anelik Bank LLC in 1996. In 2007 Anelik Bank LLC was reorganized into a closed joint-stock company, and by decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 22 December 2017 it was renamed ID Bank CJSC, presenting to the public under the new brand name from 4 June 2018. The bank states that its sole shareholder is ID Group CJSC. It describes itself as a universal commercial bank actively participating in and contributing to improving the country's social and economic level, and says it has chosen a path of modernization emphasizing high-quality customer service, innovation, new approaches and digitalization.
