Recall of 92,658 Vehicles Over Hard-to-Identify and Operate Emergency Mechanical Door Release
In August 2026, Zhejiang Geely recalled 92,658 Zeekr 007 and X vehicles. The emergency mechanical door release is close in color to the interior, making it hard to identify and operate, and may affect escape and rescue when a severe collision causes the low-voltage system to fail; the company added warning labels and introduced an OTA strategy to lower the windows after an accident.
