Yiche files suit amid dispute over Xinyi Interactive management
Lawsuit filed
Yiche said it had filed a civil lawsuit in Beijing's Haidian District People's Court amid a dispute over management and control of its subsidiary Xinyi Interactive; the case had been accepted and was being heard. Yiche alleged that former Xinyi Interactive chairman and general manager Qu Weihai refused to cooperate with a handover and that his actions infringed the rights of Xinyi Interactive and its shareholders.

易车方面表示，“曲伟海对新意互动的控制已经属于非法控制，是违法行为”，曲伟海的行为也已严重侵害了新意互动及包括易车在内等股东的合法权益，需要承担相应的法律责任。
目前，易车已向北京市海淀区人民法院提起民事诉讼，相关案件已立案，正在审理过程中。
4月14日晚间，易车对外表示，已于4月12日启动诉讼请求司法解散新意互动，目前法院已经接受了起诉文件。
