Yadu recalls 1,939 air purifiers over electric-shock risk

Beijing Yadu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. voluntarily recalled 1,939 KJ400G-P3D air purifiers manufactured from November 1 to November 14, 2017. A component defect could leave residual voltage and create an electric-shock risk when the plug's metal parts are touched shortly after unplugging. The company said it would replace circuit boards free of charge.

由于电源板中个别元件存在质量问题，导致电容放电不及时（残余电压超过34V），如果在拔取电源插头后短时间内触及插头金属部件存在被电击的风险。
日前，北京亚都环保科技有限公司按照《消费品召回管理暂行规定》的要求，向北京市市场监督管理局报告了召回计划，主动召回2017年11月1日至2017年11月14日制造的空气净化器产品（规格型号：KJ400G-P3D），涉及数量为1939台。
