Zenas acquired worldwide obexelimab rights from Xencor
Zenas announced that it acquired exclusive worldwide rights from Xencor to develop, manufacture and commercialize the investigational antibody obexelimab. Xencor is eligible for equity, milestone payments and royalties under the agreement.
