Investigations into Wyndham vacation ownership sales practices
Wyndham Vacation Resorts faced investigations into sales practices in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. In Pennsylvania, the state Real Estate Commission fined Wyndham and broker Craig Roberts a combined $15,000 in connection with the company's Shawnee-on-Delaware location. In Wisconsin, Wyndham settled similar allegations and paid $655,000 in restitution to 29 consumers.
