Retransmission-consent good-faith dispute
Following an AT&T lawsuit alleging that MPS Media failed to negotiate retransmission consent in good faith for stations associated with the group, the FCC issued a forfeiture order against MPS Media. The stated penalty was $512,288; other owners of Sinclair-managed stations were also named in the litigation.
