Krypton Broadcasting's financial distress led to bankruptcy proceedings involving WNFT and sister stations. The proceedings included creditor claims, program-supplier disputes, court supervision, and allegations concerning unauthorized use or movement of program tapes. The stations were ultimately sold through a court-approved auction.
