Wikimedia Foundation takes systems offline during PHP security response
The Wikimedia Foundation said it was addressing security vulnerabilities in PHP and had taken some systems offline as a precaution until they could be safely patched. The measure left some people unable to access parts of Wikipedia on Wednesday.
