The livestock publication and its parent company, Superior Livestock Auction, have filed a lawsuit seeking to stop Logan Ipsen, the ex-president, from using the information to help his business, Stock Point Media.
The lawsuit alleges these actions represent the unlawfully misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential business information, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, unjust enrichment and unfair competition.
