Commercial bribery cases involving employee and agents
Weigao Holdings salesperson Ci Mou-long was sentenced to two years and six months for bribery; in 2026 the company publicly apologized and admitted gaps in personnel controls; in another case, an agent gave a 30% cash rebate on orthopedic steel plates and bribed hospital personnel more than RMB 2.38 million. The employee was sentenced; the company apologized and rectified.
