Righthaven copyright litigation agreement
WEHCO entered an agreement under which Righthaven would pursue copyright lawsuits on the company's behalf against bloggers and other online users. The arrangement attracted controversy because of Righthaven's aggressive litigation approach toward alleged unauthorized copying of newspaper content.
