Voith agreed to acquire Siemens Energy’s remaining 35% stake in Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation, which would give Voith 100% ownership of Voith Hydro. Completion was expected by the end of the first quarter of 2022, subject to antitrust review and other approvals.
