VK sues Apple over App Store delisting
VKontakte (VK), Russia's largest social media platform, filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court against Apple Inc., Apple Rus LLC, and Apple Distribution International Ltd. over Apple's June decision to delist VK from its App Store. VK is seeking 58 million rubles (around $700,000) per day in damages if Apple fails to comply with the court ruling, and demands that Apple return its apps to the App Store and restore users' ability to receive notifications.
