    Real estate veteran Anshul Singhal has launched Vantrock Real Assets Private Limited (VRAPL), a Mumbai-headquartered operator-led real assets platform initially focused on warehousing, industrial and logistics parks. The platform plans to develop approx 11.5 million sq. ft. representing a gross development value (GDV) of approx INR 4,200 crore (approx USD 434 million) on completion, with the first approx 3 million sq. ft. located across NCR, Bengaluru and Pune.
