FDIC consent order and TARP payment difficulties

The FDIC issued a consent order citing concerns involving asset quality, management, earnings, capital, liquidity, and sensitivity to market risk. The order was lifted in 2016 after the bank returned to profitability and restructured its loan portfolio.
