Togliattiazot export-pricing and governance dispute
Uralchem accused Togliattiazot's controlling shareholders and related trading parties of using below-market export transactions that allegedly harmed minority shareholders. Russian proceedings led to convictions in absentia of several former executives and associated parties, as well as orders for damages. The dispute also concerned Uralchem's reported difficulty obtaining corporate information and access to management records.
