SNK intellectual-property dispute
Following Aruze’s acquisition and subsequent liquidation of SNK-related assets, Playmore founder Eikichi Kawasaki sued Aruze over the use of SNK intellectual property. The dispute concerned the authorization and commercial use of properties associated with the former SNK business.
