Misconduct allegations and leadership departure
During a wider wave of sexual-misconduct allegations involving Ubisoft personnel, Yannis Mallat, who led Ubisoft's Canadian studios, stepped down and left the company on 11 July 2020. The company announced internal investigations and voluntary workplace measures; Christophe Derennes was named as his replacement.
