Novell logo dispute
Novell argued that a TVNorge logo unveiled in March 2003 was too similar to Novell’s logo and sought an interim injunction requiring the broadcaster to remove it. The court rejected the application, and Novell was ordered to pay NOK 110,000 in legal costs. The dispute does not appear to have proceeded to a full trial.
