Founder separation and corporate dispute
The separation of co-founders Đặng Lê Nguyên Vũ and Lê Hoàng Diệp Thảo developed into a highly publicized legal and corporate dispute. Thảo subsequently established Trung Nguyên International in Singapore and developed TNI King Coffee as a separate business, creating a major split in the founders’ commercial interests.
