TPG Mortgage Investment Trust to acquire Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment
TPG Mortgage Investment Trust announced it is acquiring Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corp. in a cash-and-stock deal with an implied transaction value of $117.5 million. The deal was unanimously approved by both companies’ boards and is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
