Snow v Eaton Centre Ltd. over Flight Stop decorations
Mall management placed red ribbons on Michael Snow's Flight Stop goose sculptures for a Christmas display without consulting the artist. Snow challenged the alteration under Canadian moral-rights law, and the court ruled that the decoration harmed the integrity of the work and ordered its removal.
