Overtime-pay violation
The U.S. Department of Labor determined that 255 Topgolf employees in 25 states had not received overtime pay to which they were entitled. Investigators said certain sales managers and event sales consultants were treated as salaried employees despite not meeting the applicable supervisory requirements.
