Bank challenge to Titan asset sale
During Titan’s Chapter 11 case, First National Bank of Arizona objected to the proposed sale of Titan assets to Arizona Motorcycle Works. The bank asserted lien priority, disputed the valuation, and questioned whether personal and tenancy relationships connected with the buyer had been disclosed.
