Recall of wind-chime toys
Certain Tiny Love wind-chime toys, including some supplied with Gymini products, were voluntarily recalled in the United States and Canada. Babies could pull the toys apart and expose sharp metal rods. Five reports were received, including one minor cheek injury involving a 24-month-old child. Approximately 800,000 products were sold in the affected markets.
