Labor dispute over bargaining-unit terminations
After staff formed a union, management terminated approximately 12% of bargaining-unit employees during collective bargaining. Friends of Trevor United alleged that the dismissals were retaliatory and disproportionately affected union leaders, and filed an unfair-labor-practice complaint.
