Overview
The ReTern is a membership platform for independent fractional executives, founded by Kirk Coburn. It provides a network, tools (Map, Crew, and The Helm), and a system to help operators find clients and negotiate rates without giving a commission to a placement firm.
History
Kirk Coburn pioneered the fractional executive movement over fifteen years ago. He introduced the Fractional CMO model and founded Chief Outsiders, the firm that placed more than 2,000 fractional executives. He built The ReTern as membership for independent operators who refuse to run on luck.
